Thank you, Michael. British fashion magazine Marie Claire has published an article titled, “22 Celebrities Speak Honestly About Their Mental Health Battles”. This is great but I think it is also important for “ordinary” people to share their stories too. Some may think that it is only these celebrities who become mentally ill. Without the stigma, people will be able to speak openly about their mental illness and more willingly receive the support they need.
